So glad I found these folks to help empty a 16 foot POD. They were professional, friendly, and handled all of my heavy and fragile items with care.

K let me start b y saying great job! The reason why I did not leave a 5 star review is that unless the person or persons we hire for job or write a review about actually goes way out of the way for customer service.
We first went with another company but cancelled due to another job.
So Hire A Helper reached out and asked if we would not mind going with 87 movers as for being so closed to the holidays we did not want to start all over again by reading many reviews of the other companies they offer through their services.
So when we returned home we did some research and read reviews on 87 movers and definitely decided to give them a chance.
To be honest we are glad that the other company cancelled Thank You!
We truly cannot tell you how much we appreciate these two gentleman.
We hired them for three hours and yes they were finished in three hours with a couple of minutes to spare.
The gentleman were on time and communicated throughout the whole move..
Again cannot say anything bad, that they were great! Seriously they worked good together and communicated with each other and we us during the loading and unloading.
Our items were not damaged and they worked contiguously without complaining as they had to climb the stairs at the first apartment which from experience can be a real pain at times especially moving heavy furniture up and down them.
The owner called us ahead of time twice to just confirm the appointments and was very nice and professional.
If we ever move again hopefully 87 movers will still be around because we will definitely would not hesitate to hire them again.
We highly recommend anyone moving in the Vegas metro area to give them a call.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive another phone call within 24 hours of your moving day (or same day if we have last minute availability) to confirm your pickup and drop off addresses. If your move only requires a load or unload, we will confirm 1 location only, the start time, logistics such as gate codes, security gates and protocols, and parking will be discussed. You will also get some helpful tips on this same phone call on what you can do as our customer to make this smooth move more efficient!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Give our crew leader and mover(s) a walk through of your job at the date and time you told us to show up. You will get a focused group of experienced movers who are here at your disposal. Let us know where to stage certain marked boxes, special furniture we need to be aware of, and relax.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers are encouraged to clear a path from the front door. If there is a garage, make sure there is a path to the kitchen or any common areas. We usually like to start in the Master Bedroom which is why we want to have a path there. If possible, stack your boxes evenly so we can just transfer them by dolly at a faster speed.
What types of moves have you handled?

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We enjoy helping people. We want the quality of our work and customer service to be so good, that you will tell your friends and family when they are looking for that help too.
What training do you provide your crew members?
New crew members who take a junior position go through a week long probation after 2 days training in a warehouse environment, where we have a dock, a truck, furniture, pads, rubber bands, and dollies. If they don't know what to do, they will by the time we send them to your house. Crew members with experience are asked to do things such as wrap a chair with a blanket to prove what they wrote on the application.
