they showed up 30 min. late, but called ahead to let me know. The equipment they brought was broken, and low air in the hand cart tires with no wayto inflate. Fortunatly I had much better one in good condition. one man was on his first day as a mover and had very little idea of what to do. The other man was a hustler, but spent alot of time trying to explain to the other man what to pickup and how to carry it. I payed 271.00 for 2 men for 4 hours. but alot of comments surrounded around how fast they could finish to leave early to get to another job. I had to remind them that I payed for 4 hours. They finished in 3 hours so I let them go early thinking that would be doing them a favor. The more experienced man approached me and said " We really hustled for you could you give alittle somthing extra for our services. I reluctantly gave each man 5 dollars,; but after paying 271.00dollars for 2inexperiencd men with lousy equipment I would never use double J again.

We were abandoned with a full truck by the U-Haul crew.
I called hireahelper.com and just one hour later Double J came with a crew of three and unloaded our truck. They were careful, friendly, and put everything in the room where I needed it. They get our thanks and highest recommendation.

The 2 men (Lawrence and Kenny) showed up at the desired time, worked hard, loaded lots of heavy furniture and boxes into rental truck, and were courteous and friendly, even though it was a very hot day! They always asked about items to load without grabbing things that were not ready or not included in the move. They were helpful wrapping large items in supplied blankets, and tightly packing everything to make good use of the truck bed space. I would ask for them again if I need to take another load in the future.
I am so glad that I was able to get these guys after my original moving service cancelled on me the day before my reservation. Thank you!
