Good communication, on time, helpful and faster than expected. I booked pretty last minute after ending up in quite a bind, but there was no issue with that. Yay! I was starting to really panic when I found myself needing to move a whole house on my own, but Roosevelt said point us in the right direction and we’ll take everything from there. Everything was in fact taken care of and my stuff is now where it should be and in the same condition it was when I started. Can’t ask for more than that. :)

I can not speak highly enough of Roosevelt. I had asked for 3 helpers but he was the only one to show up. He was able to get my 16 foot pod loaded by himself in 3 hours. He was punctual, had great communication skills and did a great job and was prepared for the job equipment and attitude wise. I am rather impressed. Thank you Roosevelt!!!

Roosevelt and his crew were awesome. They were on time and communication was great. Hard working guys - emptied a 28 foot truck in 3 hours! They were very courteous and friendly. Roosevelt did a great job directing the guys about proper moving technique and how to handle our stuff properly while still being efficient. I would hire these guys again!

These guys were the worst movers I’ve had. While they were eager to move us quickly, they ignored instructions, disregarded information and direction, and at times were extremely disrespectful. I say mover, but in reality it was one professional and two contractors that were seemingly picked up before the job. As English was not their primary language, visual cues left on the boxes were not recognized and many of the boxes ended up in the wrong locations, or boxes containing liquid or marked fragile were on their sides / moved roughly. In one instance, information I had given them regarding the fragility of one box was ignored and the box broke open on the street while a mover was carrying it. Finally, and most importantly, one of the movers made comments towards my wife that were unacceptable and extraordinarily disrespectful. The same mover refused direction in a number of instances, leaving boxes wherever they chose. According to the lead mover, this has happened several times now, yet the moving company has done nothing about it.
I’m not sure how these guys have such high reviews, they were easily the least professional bunch I’ve ever used. Their high rating is misleading, future movers beware.
I’m sorry for your bad experience. I have spoken to Roosevelt about this and he has a different impression of your move. Your boxes were not taped properly and your place was very small to organize things. We carefully carried all boxes and we did not drop any of your items. We accommodated the state that your items were in upon our arrival (broken boxes, spilled detergent, items crushed, etc.). We did not load your truck, we were the unloading crew. Our crew did our best to move things around for you after unloading your truck. We also asked you if you needed anything before our departure. I am sorry one of our movers mentioned in Spanish “your wife was beautiful” and that offended you. I will speak to our crew about “unnecessary” comments. As for everything else, we are very experienced and professional movers and I am sorry you did not like your experience. Instead of tipping movers $100 that you are so unpleased with, and telling them that they are great maybe speak to them about why you are not happy.

We provide top of the line services and experienced movers on every job. From the moment you book until your move is completed, we will remain in communication with you!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call the morning of your move to ensure everything is going good on your end, adjustments will be made if necessary (per your request). We will call again when we are 15 minutes from your location. Upon arrival you will feel relieved because we show up and do exactly what we guarantee.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
BE HONEST! We are here to help but we cannot do our job if we are not prepared to do it. Please inform us of any and all details, we will handle the rest!
