I told him the amount I paid and what we had agreed upon during our phone call. He became angry and made no attempt to remedy the situation. I had no choice but to send the helper home since it was clearly not a one man job. It's no fun having to postpone a move due to incompetent movers. I have used Hire A Helper in the past with outstanding results.
