Ted was great! We moved to Gaithersburg from Ohio (and therefore didn't know what time we'd arrive) and he was very flexible with that. He and the additional person that he brought with him were both very polite and extremely hard workers! I would definitely recommend them to others and will call on them again next time we move (although hopefully that won't be for awhile!).

There was very little customer service with this company. They were 45 minutes later than scheduled, then only 2 guys showed up instead of 4. The other 2 guys stopped by after 1.5 hrs of work had been done on a 2 hr job! I could have just paid for 2 guys at 2 hrs instead of 4 for 2 hrs. All of them were friendly and courteous, they did their job well, but just lacked any kind of customer service.

Really? What you paid for was to get your truck unloaded within a 2-hr period, & that's exactly what you got! Our prior customer had a truck problem & we felt bad leaving them, so we sent two of our guys ahead to get a head start with the intention of providing the best customer service possible to ALL our customers, not just you. You had very fragile items & we carefully unloaded everything without damage & with a smile on our face in less than 2 hrs... why so pessimistic?

I was extraordinarily pleased with my helpers, Steve, Josh and a third helper (whose name I can't remember). They were professional, courteous and very, very well organized, I would definitely recommend them for future work at our company and for colleagues and friends.
