Customer called to reschedule his move, our scheduling agent made the proper notes in our system but failed to change the actual service time. This has never happened before and we are making the necessary changes in our software to ensure that it never happens again. We did send 1 extra man free of charge for the first 3 hours. Customer was told that he would have to pay the regular 3 men rate for every hour after the 4th. NOTHING DISHONEST ABOUT THAT. We apologize for our tardiness. Thank you

JOB DETAILS: MOVE A 3 BEDROOM APARTMENT FROM A SECOND FLOOR UNIT TO A SECOND FLOOR UNIT WITHOUT A TRUCK, ACROSS THE LENGTH OF 2 FOOTBALL FIELDS WITHIN 2 HOURS WITH JUST 2 MEN. It was obvious that this was not possible so we moved all the items that we knew that the customer would have trouble moving on his own. We offered to stay to finish, he declined. Our crews will NEVER leave a job early due to another job's start time. This issue was a misperception on part of the customer. We would have corrected this misperception if it had been shared with us. NOTE: Our men do not share start times with our customers. It is the customers responsibility to provide us with sufficient furniture pads to cover every piece of furniture that is to be moved. You will 1 to 3 furniture pads per item depending on its size. Furniture pads are not interchangeable with other linens such as towels, sheets, rugs, ect. The linens earlier mentioned are not designed to protect your furniture while its in transport and as a result of that they will not. Our offices will contact you to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Do to the nature of this site in which customers book their time before speaking with Superior. It is difficult for us to know how long a move will actually take. These units were not PODS, they were 5'x8' wooden boxes that when laid on an uneven surface become off-level thus causing the door not to fit in its frame. Every single one of our movers has at least 1 year of experience and six months of training working directly with a load supervisor, please do not doubt their ability to properly load a vehicle. Our men will utilize the safest method of loading and cannot commit to loading big items first on every move. We regret not meeting your expectations

A furniture dolly and a utility dolly were brought to this job-site. Plastic wrap and packing supplies can be provided by us for a fee. This has to be brought up when our agents call you to schedule a start time. At that time, payment for said items will be taken. Customer was contacted about our tardiness and given 1 hr of labor free of charge because of our being late. No furniture pads were provided by customer. We warned Mr. Duncan that some items were not going to make it unless properly padded and he insisted that we load them anyways. NOTE: It's important that customers provide furniture pads for their one-way moves. We are excellent loaders, but there is nothing we can do about surfaces rubbing against each other if no pads are provided.

It was definitely challenging getting a 4' x 8' couch up a 4' stairway with 90 degree turn landings of the same diameter and an 8' clearance. When wall scratches happen we will fix them immediately. However, in the event that we overlook a scratch and you notice, please inform us so we can take care of it. There were no damaged items on this move. Our men documented that the plastic piece of the tv that Mrs. Vandervelden is referring to, was not a part of the tv at all. It was a plastic attachment that is glued onto the front of the tv to hold up a nintendo wii motion sensor. The piece fell off. It did not brake. It will have to be glued back onto the tv just like it was done the first time. Our men pay very close attention to what they are handling and any damages are addressed immediately.

Damages were a result of packing and transporting and WE WERE NOT involved in doing either one of those. We were hired to unload. Once the mobile storage units were opened damages were noticed. We were asked to assemble furniture but hardware was misplaced by other parties during the move. These events caused addiotional stress but Darrell, Chris, Josh, and Diego have constantly proven excellent customer service skills throughout their employment with Superior and were not affected by such.
