This is the second time I have used JL movers. The first time was last year and they we wonderful. This time (Tuesday morning) they were also wonderful. The men showed up early - which I appreciated - and were not only helpful and courteous but quick and gentle with the furniture.

These guys are amazing! We have used them twice and both times they were professional and always on time. I would recommend them hands down over any other movers. Jonas (I think that was his name) and Luke helped us move back into our house after going through an arduous process of evecting a tenent. On top of being effecient, friendly and hard working, the movers were really great people. I can't say it enough, they were really, really nice people and our experience could not have been better.
In addition, the receptionist at JL Movers was the most accomodating person you could ever imagine. We had to change our move-in date because our tenant kept pushing it back. Every time we had to change the date (on one occasion with only 12 hours advanced notice) the staff at JL movers was always understanding and helpful. They sincerely wanted everything to work out for us and were willing to accomodate all of our needs.

Their service was not what I would expect as JL Mover's were not prepared to move high end furniture. They moved a large glass door book case and the door slid off the book case and broke. When I asked why they did not use something to tie around the glass doors, they said they didn't have anything like that. Even a blanket and a rope would have done the job.
Nothing was done by the company when I complained and I was told they were not professional movers!!!
Oh well, you get what you pay for!
I'm sorry about the bookcase, however you were NEVER told they were not professional movers they absolutely are!! Also moving supplies are brought to job sites upon request, which is posted. Also, as your daughter also agreed. Your bookcase was broken prior to us moving it. The door was balancing on, the guys simply picked the bookcase up and off flew the door. We take excellent care when moving. Sorry for a unsatisfying experience.
