I was completely taken advantage of overcharged. Our belongings were thrown around, my daughter's bed completely broken, railings, headboard, dresser. I am 100% disabled and the guys told me to help them load the truck, I was helping the entire time. The guys were late, a two hour job, turned into 5 1/2 hours!!!!! I asked that all remotes and cords be kept together I had to replace everything. Things are missing. They were on Personal calls the entire time, and gave my gate code to someone who was sitting in a car on my property. My children and I didn't make it to our new place in time, so I had to pay for a Hotel and keep a U-Haul an extra day, and pay the next movers extra hours for having to come back the next day. I would like a refund, would never recommend this company. I am very saddened by the entire experience

This was our second time to use D-Law. The team was just as competent this time as the first time. The team was on time and carefully unloaded our moving container. There were several heavy and awkward pieces that made it into the house without issue. The team works hard and was very accommodating to helping move furniture to the right place and get all teh contents where they belonged. Another excellent job and we would hire them again without question.

We were unpacking containers to our new location. Derrick was on time and called ahead of arriving. While one member of the crew was later than the others it did not slow down the unpacking. When moving furniture into a home, my number one measure is how many times the walls or doors are hit with furniture. We had several heavy pieces that cleared entryways by inches. The movers were very careful and got every piece inside with any noticeable "dings". They were efficient and quickly unloaded our two containers in the allotted time. We have one more container coming next week and will use D. Law again.

The movers arrived within the time window we set (between 12:00 and 1:00 p.m.). They were prepared for the job, bringing hand tools and a light furniture dolly. Both of the movers worked non-stop the entire three hours we needed them, moving EVERYTHING we had from the 3rd floor apartment to the 1st floor apartment. The only complaint was that they needed to be more careful when stacking boxes downstairs. They put some heavier boxes on top of lighter ones, but did not cause any damage to the contents. We would use this company again.
