They arrived 40 minutes late. They had trouble fitting all items on a 22 ft truck that should have fitted on a 17ft truck. They didn't protect the furniture adequately. No, I would not use them again.

The 3 movers worked extremely hard from the start. Not only did they unload a 26 foot truck including a piano, bar, and other heavy furniture, they also moved some furniture I wished to discard from the house to the garage. Yes, I would use them again.

I had initially had another moving company set up, but their truck broke down right before my scheduled time. HireAHelper called me to see if DC Mega Movers could replace the previous company. I agreed and within 15 minutes they called to verify and fit me in their schedule. They were able to show up within an hour and finished the job in half the time I was expecting. They were very efficient and I will definitely use them every time I have moving needs, I highly recommend them to anyone looking to move.
