Pierre and Chuck did a fantastic job! They were on time and very efficient. I’ve never seen a PODs container packed before but these guys knew exactly what to do and how to do it. They were very careful with my items and ensured that my house didn’t get damaged while they were removing my furniture. They wrapped everything really well and not one thing was broken when it arrived. The crew that unpacked the container even commented on how well it was packed. I would definitely recommend them!

Movers were not on time and were not prepared for the job. They had no tools to break down beds, and no shrink wrap to wrap the furniture. Both of those options were supposed to be included and one of the reasons I chose this company. They did work hard and were careful with the furniture.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though.
