Super fast, but when I looked at everything after they were done, they didn't put all the items in the correct rooms. Had to take a lot of things upstairs ourselves....

On time: Yes, called hour before, and right before.
Prepared: Yes, had uniform shirts, and right equipment.
Work Hard: Yes - they worked very hard, and were nice, however they were not as efficient as movers normally are - so I think they were fairly new to the job. They worked more individually, than together - one person would carry a recliner in - instead of two carrying it - which made it hard on the worker - more difficult - he could have gotten hurt.
Respectful: Yes - courteous and tried to keep everything from hitting walls, etc.., tried to be very careful with items.
Use again: Probably not. Settling money with the company was difficult, time consuming and confusing.

I used Mobile Moving to help unload my belongings into my 3 story townhome. My two movers arrived right on time, and got the job done quickly! They did a great job with all of the stairs, and had a great attitude during the job. My only issue was getting confirmation that they had my appointment on their schedule. I thought they were supposed to call me to confirm, but I never heard from them. It took me two days to get in touch and get confirmation that they had me on the schedule. My two movers worked very hard though, and I would certainly use them again.
