The workers were ant the house early, got right to work, and didn’t stop until the job was done. They even stayed and extra hour to make sure that everything heavy was moved. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to using them again!

They worked hard, BUT a language barrier. When I told him what to take him not to take, they didn’t understand but they kept saying yes to me yes, yes yes yes yes no problem no problem no problem but there was a problem with them. Not understanding. I didn’t like the way they handled my paintings as I asked him several times to be careful.
Number one, they need to learn certain words. Like careful, tape, don’t touch, bathroom, be careful with this, cardboard,.
They stressed me out we’re not listening on how to handle my paintings properly. Placing, wrapping…. I will not use them again!

Ask for a complete work and details on their service before you start. I thought $1,000 would be sufficient to move a 1 bedroom apartment no appliances or heavy pieces and a lot of small boxes. Perhaps my expectations were unrealistic but just needed someone to tell me that before they were unable to finish the job. They seemed unnecessarily slow and inefficient - communicating and understanding was difficult. Moving is not fun but it should be less painful than my experience.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
