Moving starts with 2 movers for 2 hours. One mover pretty much spent the first full hour on negotiating the overtime with us and didn’t move much. If the service was good and fast, I would definitely choose to make the duration longer. The reality was that the movers intended to make the duration longer by moving slowly, so I had to end the session on time and move everything else by myself. Probably would not choose them again since I didn’t get what I paid for.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Before departing we will reach out to get all the last minute details and give you an expected time for arrival. To give you heads up we will reach out 5 to 10 minutes before arrival. When crews are on site we will asses the total move and design a plan to execute. While the crew is working you are welcome to inquire about any part of the process. Our Super Support Team is always at your disposal for any reason and is here to enhance moving experience.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Supermover knows that preparation can go a long way so be sure to lable all boxes. the more detail the easier it will be for the unload side to identify where it needs to go. Protecting your most delicate and precious items is our priority. Our Super Support Team will have all your answers for your specific needs and will guide you through the throughout your entire move. We have a vested interest in you and your items arriving safe and intact. Be sure to get proper rest especially before a long trip.
What types of moves have you handled?
Super Mover takes pride in accomplishing impossible feats! They have saved the day in many ways from a last minute booking to unload 2 26' trailers in a tricky mountain town resort. Law office needed emergency team for flood damage prevention. Super Mover had no time to spare and was on site to transfer thousands of priceless file boxes above the water level.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
