Our moving labor helpers were on time and ready to work. They skillfully unloaded our truck (part of which was not well-loaded and full of booby-traps). They worked efficiently and carefully and did a great job. I would recommend them to others and will use them again should the need arise.

After dealing with a no-call no-show, I called HireAHelper and they quickly referred me to Washington Moving Labor (and covered the price increase since the no-call company was cheaper). They were right on time and very very quickly unloaded all of our heavy furniture and carried it up to our 3rd floor apartment. We paid for 2 hours, but they ended up being done in 20 minutes (we had unloaded most of our boxes the day that the other company didn't show while we waited). Great job, I would definitely hire them again.

This is the second time I have used Washington Moving Labor. I specifically requested them this time because they were so good the first time. I was not disappointed. They were careful with my furniture and excellent in packing my storage container. Besides being experts at moving my furniture they were polite and never complained that the job took much longer than I had estimated. I will use them again and I highly recommend them to others.

These guys were great. They showed up right on time. The three guys I hired were super friendly and very respectful of my belongings. They managed to stuff everything that I owned into the PODs I rented which was amazing as I didn't even think I had enough room. Overall, it was a great experience. I would hire these guys again in a second. This endorsement is coming from somebody who has moved over a half a dozen times with bad experiences always. Do yourself a favor, if you need movers, hire them.

All three men were polite, efficient, and careful. I couldn't have asked for better treatment of my furniture. After having another experience with another company with rude helpers, I was so relieved that these men were the opposite in every way. They treated my furniture as if it were extremely valuable and priceless--which I think it is, but workers often don't. They had to travel a distance and didn't even complain about that. It was a joy to have them in my home and I look forward to having them help me again.

The two men arrived on time, and with great enthusiasm moved two pieces of furniture and some boxes of books out of very tight quarters in the bedroom to the garage. Both were very careful not to nick the furniture or the walls! I would use them again; and I will definitely recommend them to others.

Jason and his crew did a fantastic job. They were on time (even a bit early) and got right to work. I had requested 2 hours of labor and they had it done in 1.5. They unloaded my truck and were diligent to put items where I asked them to be as I was limited on space. As well, Jason was very communicative to me particularly since I was moving across country and a bit anxious as to my arrival. I will seek out his service again if the need arises.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After a client books with us we put you on our schedule and then we always call the client as the move gets close and confirm the details of the move to make sure that we fully understand the scope of the work to be performed. It's very important that we are on the same page with our clients and so we have learned through the years what the most important questions are to ask and facets of the move to go over with our clients.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
When it is move day for our clients we always call our clients when we are on our way to let them know we are on track for the move. We know how stressful it is to move and so we do everything we can to decrease the stress of our clients and this is one way we do that so they know they don't need to worry about us not showing up.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It's very important that the client be as prepared for the move as much as possible to make sure that the move will go smoothly. The more packed up all the small items that need to go in boxes the faster the move will go which will end up saving you money on the move.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have helped nearly 5,000 moves since our company was founded in 2013. We have come across many types of situations over the years. We mostly do residential moves with standard household items. We have loaded and unloaded a great many POD's, ABF containers, U-pack cubes, U-haul trucks, Penske trucks, and Budget trucks for local moves and interstate moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love that we get to be the hero's of the moving world. We believe that we make a huge difference in the lives of the people in our community by providing the best possible customer experience to meet and exceed our clients expectations. We really feel like we show up and save the day by relieving the stress of our clients on a very stressful day of their lives and as we all know stress kills so we think we are saving lives :)
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have developed a 100 page training manual for our movers that we methodically keep track of where they are on their training. We also make sure that we are putting the new movers on the more simple jobs at first until they gain more experience. most of our movers have been with us for years and so they are very experienced and can handle most any situation that comes their way. The newer movers we always pair up with the experienced guys whenever they are on the more complicated and larger moves.
