Both guys were on time, I called a few hours before arrival because I hit traffic on the way down to let them know I'd be a little past the arrival window I had set, they had no problems with that. They opened the back of the moving truck and said they'd be done in an hour... this is my 6th move with the furniture and for some reason everyone says this but it never happens, not a problem tho bc you pay for minimum 2 hrs... I didn't have them sort any of the boxes per room, just had them put everything in the living room and at the end they still tried charging me for an extra half hour which they weren't there for.
They were not conscious of my belongings or the apartment at all. Boxes that were labeled "fragile" on all sides were stacked with heavy non-fragile boxes resulting in broken glasses and decorations, they tried blaming it on whoever packed the boxes. There are marks all over my brand new, never lived in apartment walls from leaning furniture against it or dropping things against it. They used my water cooler as a door prop to keep it open and knocked it over, now the cooling feature doesn't work. I kept very fragile things in my personal car instead of the moving truck and opted for them not to move those things because I didn't want to risk more damage. Overall, they saved me a lot of time and effort but definitely were not careful with my belongings so would recommend if you don't have fragile things or don't care about your things have scratches

Tavon and Dre were outstanding in every respect. They 1) communicated with me in advance to confirm the move date, 2) arrived on time, 3) worked diligently throughout, 4) were careful with our belongings, and 5) were professional and courteous during the ~6 hour move. My wife and I would definitely use All Aboard Moverz again. Highly recommend!

Wow! In addition to having three excellent movers who were very professional, very nice, and so helpful, they were the fastest movers I’ve worked with! (And we have moved a lot in the last few years!). But what stood out the most was how they handled a bit of a crisis at the start of the day. One of the two movers who was scheduled to come, didn’t arrive, had called in at the last minute to say he wasn’t coming. In less than a half an hour we had two additional movers arrive, a phone call, apologies and the guys got right to work. You can always judge a team most by what they do when there’s a problem. For this company/ team, I would hire any day, anytime! They were excellent!! Thank you!

They were fantastic!!! Showed up a few minutes early, assessed the layout and situation and had my daughter’s 12 foot uhaul. Completely unpacked and moved into her 12th floor apartment!

A crew that shows up on time with energy to work. Our crew members love what we do.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It’s best if everything is already packed away and to empty any dressers. The drawers in the dressers should be tapped down so they don’t open if not wrapped. Once we arrive sit back and relax.
What types of moves have you handled?
We’ve done all types from local to out of state. From jobs that require one item being moved to jobs that have taking 8hours. We don’t stop until it’s done.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing the smiles we put on people’s’ faces. A lot of our customers are impressed with our packing ability & continuous efforts to stay moving. Nothing better than knowing we made someone life a lot easier & less stressful.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We teach all members our basic packing strategies & moving techniques. Each new member goes on jobs with a certified mover until they themselves become certified mover.
