I waited to write this review until we received our belongings and I’m glad I did. If I would I written it the day they loaded, I probably would have given 5 stars because they did save a lot of room on the trailer and that saved me money. I am grateful for that. With that being said, they have cost me money! All the hardware to our crib is missing. I messaged the lead guy and he said that they usually put it with the crib and that he was sorry. I’m sorry but that isn’t good enough for me. He didn’t even act like he was willing to message the other guy that worked with him that day to see if they could give me any ideas on where it would be. When we unloaded the other furniture we found greasy handprints on our crib mattress, king mattress, cloth recliner and other smaller items. I can’t get the grease out! I guess it sat there too long since it took us over a week to get to our new home. I also sent a text message regarding all the stains and didn’t get a response. I had to special order the hardware for the crib but of course it will take days to get here so my son still can’t sleep in his own bed. I also had several broken totes and there are boxes that were completely smashed. There was paint all over our washer and dryer and the dryer has a nice size dent in it. We haven’t fully unpacked so there is no telling what else I will find. Careless of the workers cost us money, ruined cloth items and caused us to have to replace other items that we haven’t even added up yet.

Outstanding gentlemen who were personable, polite, and efficient. They took a 26’ uhaul’s worth of heavy army and home equipment and moved it into our second floor apartment. Highly recommended.
