Unfortunately either are Ariel and others alike because as you see here and a tad earlier were excellent employees. As you see 2 guys can tear down faster than 14 others can build up. Anyhow we are no longer in Washington. We will miss you guys too

They were late over half an hour, had to keep calling to make sure they were enroute. Originally slotted time for 3-4pm, and they called saying they could come out at 3:30pm so I went along with that, then they showed up past 4pm and were walking at what I would describe in court (lol) as a very leisurely pace, never even making eye contact because they were glued to their phones... So much so that not only was a formal introduction amiss but they were on a phone call with someone, letting them know what time they got off, while carrying my sofa... also, plenty of items I've been pulling out of my storage for my new place have ample scratches on them and scuffs from being dragged. It wasn't even like they stayed the whole time either, and everything that was stacked was so inaccessible that we had to rearrange it now as we go along with removing items from the storage that we needed. They placed the heaviest items very high up that getting them down was dangerous and borderline impossible. I'm not sure why they were rushing, maybe because they clearly had plans after being done with the job I'd paid them to do. For over $100/hr I would have expected quality work and professionalism. Had to even text their boss while on the job about their distracted behavior and he had to correct them. I literally walked away from the site so I could remain calm, but surely now I now know better not to use A Perfect Solution because so far it's been A Perfect Mess.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. I am truly sorry for the service you received by these helpers. I don't know who or where you got your pricing as we charge $50 an hour for two guys. As you know we are no longer in Washington nor do we have those helpers that were on your job. Sylvester and Chris who seem to have lost there moving ability and obviously have lost their jobs. Running a company from a different state apparently doesn't work well. I am truly sorry. Peter owner

Three guys showed up on time and got right to work. I just wish they had any actual experience in loading a truck securely - or intelligently. We supplied blankets for large furniture items and had both mattresses covered in plastic for protection. In order for the blankets to do anything they have to be placed over and around the furniture, not rolled up into a ball and shoved in random places that offered no protection. The plastic for the mattress was somehow pulled off the top and left in a pile so the entire $3000 mattress was dirty and had a big hole in the underside. They put the boards to our bedframe leveraged against the wheel well instead of flat and then piled boxes on top so of course it was bent. Our couch has tears and some kind of white stuff that won't come off, several of our other items have chips and nicks in it due to poor placement too. It looks like they stood at the front of the truck and literally threw things towards the back. This is absurd and I would post pictures if that were an option. I will NEVER recommend these people will begin to the long fight to get out money back plus damages. The people who unloaded our truck said they have seen all kinds but this was the worst they had ever seen a truck packed. awful - just awful.

I am truly sorry for your experience, as you know I rectified any issues you had with us. I truly wish anyone would of called me about any of these occurrences. Just as I mentioned to every single customer during both the initial and final confirmation calls. I could of dealt with these few rotten apples and saved us all this and more. Anyone who knows us and has hired us before these past 2 weeks or so has truly experienced A Perfect Solution. Those reviews are there also. AGAIN WE ARE SORRY FO

Ariel and Armondo are awesome! These two young men were extremely polite, worked extremely hard, and really knew what they were doing. They packed loose items and took apart our bed. Best of all, they put the bed back together in its new room. What nice guys too! I would absolutely use them again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Communication informing that we are on the way. A happy crew, ready and wanting take care of all your needs. Crew leader to walk your job to insure everything is agreeable for everyone. Peace of mind experiencing that, realizing that they are going to be taken care of.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

All we need, is anything on top of items that we are moving to be cleared off. Knowledge that they are providing the truck and any moving blankets needed. To be available for any questions that might come up and to be in earshot during their relaxation as we provide our services.

What types of moves have you handled?

All types of moves, local, long distance and especially specializing in office moves. Commercial moves, military moves, port moves. Hazardous material moves, structure moves and other various moves. We have moved things that truly we're not meant to be moved in one piece studio apartments the entire structure walls doors roof electricity plumbing everything. Photos if asked lol.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Experiencing the look and feeling of the customer once they realize, everything they thought was possible is being done right in front of her eyes.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Hands-On with me on a job for weeks until they graduate to solo abilities. Unfortunately for them I contain 30 years of modular furniture experience insulation tear down and relocating and warehousing trashing out wiping down finished product. Executive offices $70,000 desks one little dent your life is over. That military training LOL it's passed down every single one of my employees because moving is easy if you do it right and it's hard to damage anything with blankets and knowledge truly
