Adrian and his co-worker Ezekiel were heroes on our moving day. Despite making a reservation with Penske for a truck rental weeks ahead and stopping in the day before to confirm our truck would be there, we arrived early 8:45 am day off to find that our truck would not be available until the afternoon. We could not postpone the move nor cancel the help we had booked.
Enter: Adrian! He remained unflustered by the news and immediately volunteered to rush to UHaul to pick up a truck. That said, he still arrived on time and the two made fast work of it. They happily made 3 trips back and forth to our new destination all the while smiling and remaining upbeat. I can confidently say that I will NOT use Penske again ad I was extremely disappointed with their nonchalance about falling through on their side of their deal. I WILL absolutely contact Adrian for any moving needs I have in the future!
