We had much of our belongings packed, but the adjustable bed, some larger furniture and tv / entertainment equip needed more care. They had the 20' U-Haul loaded in 2 hours, then the owner dashed off to be there as his twins were born. Great workers, friendly, professional, and knew how to load a truck. Everything made it intact!!
