Rapport Relocations were great. They arrived on time and began working immediately. We had two 16 foot Packrat containers that needed to be loaded. The workers never stopped except that we took about a 30 minute break for lunch and had a pleasant conversation. When there was a question about which things to move and wrap they always asked. They new how to exactly fill the containers for use age of space and prevention of movement of objects in transit.
I would use them again and have recommended them to my real estate agent for use by other people.

They were efficient and cheerful in managing to fit the contents of my three-bedroom townhouse into the 16-foot storage container. I haven't unpacked yet, but it looked as if they padded everything well and they seem to know what what they are doing. I think it was money well spent and I'd recommend Rapport Relocations.

Yes, I would use this company again - most definitely. I had 3 guys who worked for 4 hours moving a 1100 sq. foot condo.
Rapport Relocation personnel \were good to work with. Kenny, the owner, was very responsive by cell and email. The crew arrived on time -good guys - friendly and respectful from the start.. They worked hard and consistently so. I lived on the 3rd floor of a condo building, so they had to run up and down the stairs several times.without complaint and, seemingly, without a lot of effort. The only issue was that we needed Allen wrenches to take apart some furniture pieces and we had to wait or Kenny to come back with these tools The crew wrapped mirrors and glass and leather sofa well. I had an 8 x 8 x 16 foot POD which they packed to within in inch (even less so) of its life! The crew cleaned up after themselves e.g., laid down cardboard on carpet as it was a rainy day when I was getting packed to move. Good job!

We are amazed at the professiolism and courtesy of the team. They were on time, prepared, and were great in fitting as much as they could into the space. We packed ourselves the first time but they accomplished so much in a short time we will definitely hire them again if the opportunity arises.

We were fortunate to have Kenny Joshua, Nick, and Andre do our move on 1/18/2013. Never before have we seen 3 guys work that hard. They were very experienced and treated our items with great care. They were with us for 8 grueling hours. We had only scheduled 3 hours.....Had we not insisted on a break, they would not have taken one.
These gentlemen were articulate, intelligent, and a pleasure to work with. They came prepared with everything we needed ie: extra tape, wrap, mattress covers.
They were on time and communicated with us throughout this long day.
We would absolutely use them again.
