This moving company was EXCELLENT! They are a superb group that provided courteous, punctual and professional service. . I highly recommend them.
I was very impressed with how they wrapped our furniture in those large heavy quilted blankets, so that furniture wouldn’t get scratched. A lot of this furniture was just purchased. They wrapped & sealed all of our mattresses in their heavy seal wrap. This was very important to me since the bed bug scare was running ramped. I want Kenny to know how much I appreciated all of the hard work that he and crew put into our move. They filled our large 4 bedroom rented truck in such an organized fashion. Once we arrive at the new apartment location, they assembled every single bed in record time. This is such a relief on moving day. All we needed to do was make up the bed and jump in. Thank you Kenny. You are at the top of the list when my youngest daughter makes her apartment move. :-)

This was my first time using Hire-a-Helper, and initially I was a bit skeptical of some of the reviews (did these companies write them themselves?)... but now I realize that you have to set up and paid for a job through the site to write a review. And what's more, Kenny and his team at Rapport are as good as these reviews say they are!! We spoke in advance and hammered out all the logistics. The guys arrived right on time and soon were running up and down the stairs-- they packed our Pod expertly, to the point that I'd be shocked if anything moved an inch on the way to Boston. I was extremely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone!
