Mike was great to work with. He and his team and a great work ethic and fast pace the whole time. Money well spent. I hope they treat themselves to some better equipment

They worked very hard and did great work. The only negative was they seemed a little less professional than the company "Two Men and a Truck". TMT usually fills out forms beforehand which detail the exact number of items being moved, the amount that will be charged, and the time that work commences. This is a very easy thing to add on to what they're doing, yet it makes it more professional and more clear exactly what everyone expects. Again, very good job and I would be satisfied to work with them again.

They accepted the job mistakenly thinking it was local to Olympia. Traveling from Olympia to Everett, they were delayed by multiple blocking accidents. Although they communicated their progress to us, I can't give them 5 stars because they were not able to arrive when we requested.
Otherwise, they worked hard and did a good job and I would be happy to have them work for me again.
They would have received 5 stars if not delayed by traffic.

Mike from Armstrong Moving did an excellent job. He was very courteous and knowlegable about what he was doing. I would reccomend him highly to anyone needing moving labor help.

The glass shelves of a curio cracked during moving. Michael took them and told us that he would replace them and assured us he is good in returning thing and that he would bring the replacement glass back the following weekend. Then, we never heard from him for weeks. He was extremely hard to reach also. We made many phone calls to his cell phone, mostly got to voicemail. At the end, Hire A Mover.com got involved and helped us to get the replacement shelves back. Beside that, we found some light scratches to other furniture and damage to a chandelier crystal arm which was hard to repair. Based on the hassle getting the shelves back and damage to the chandelier, we think the service deserved a 2-stars.

They said between 4 and 5 but got there a little after 5 but did call and let me know that. They got all my stuff out of storage and moved into my home in under the 2 hours I was allotted so that was good. Just could of used a little more help getting stuff put where if needed to be in the house but other than that service was good.

These movers were Wonderful! We scheduled the move litterally the day before we needed them. They accepted and showed up promptly at 0930. They then began to pack, and pack and pack, our UHAUL. they got 2 trips (20mile one way) in to/from our houses and still had some time to move furniture around at our new house for us. They were Very easy to work with and had great attitudes! Being in the military I've had my fair share of Horrible moves, these movers however, never made me feel in the way or that they didn't care about my things/the house. They took great care to not hit walls/doors. All in all Great movers and would be happy to recommend them to all of our friends and to use them in the future. THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN!

We had to schedule at the last minute and these guys went out of their way to perform and complete the job. They were efficient and effective in their use of time and were able to move everything that we had left which was mainly all of the large stuff. I would use them again for sure!!!
