The 3 that showed up were 1 experienced guy, his fiancé, and some high school kid who knew nothing and could barely function without specific and constant direction.
I paid for them to have tools, furniture dolly and appliance dolly. They had none of that. It took way longer as a result. And I had to pay for it. Had to leave stuff behind cuz they couldn't fit it in the cubes.

I worked with Demetrius, Damon, and Tim. They arrived on time and got right to work. They worked very hard and completed the job in slightly less than the amount of time I had paid for. Bill and Jay did a fantastic job for me today! They were very respectful and accommodated my extra requests and didn’t bat an eye. They were a little late, but called ahead to let me know, even though it only ended up being 15 or 20 minutes late and got the job done in less than two hours! Super nice guys and maneuvered some twisty stairs without any trouble. Very impressed. Will use again! Thank you!!

Helpers came to do the unloading without a dolly and unloaded one box after another box. One person was on phone for 10 minutes during work hours. I am never going to take this company help in future.

Bill was the team lead and confirmed the appointment the night before. He arrived early and got right to work. Jake was with him and did a great job also. They were very friendly and it made a great experience. They were very careful and we had no damage to the house or the household goods that they unloaded.

They were supposed to be there between 11 and 12. They called at 11:30 to let me know they were running behind. I really appreciated the info. I understand things happen and all I ever ask is to be kept in the loop. They finally arrived at 12:30, and got to work at about 12:45 after making an assessment of what there was. They were very polite, and on top of it as they were loading. They were done loading about 2:30 Pm. So we pulled up the reservation as they thought the unload location was down the road as the system glitched and did not update the city correctly. So I went to pull directions and my rental truck was dead. The Roadside team did not know how long it would be before finding someone, so I told them even though I paid for 3 hours, that they were free to go, as I had no idea how long it would be before getting a jump. He then informed me he thought they were only there for 2, so I pulled my reservation and showed him that I did pay for the extra hour.
This is where it went downhill for me, he stated that I had to do the phone call to release them. So I was trying to find the number, but was having issues with the connectivity, he continued to stand over me, telling me it should be in there somehwere and to find it and to call so they can go. I informed him, I was not getting service, so I was going to walk back closer to my apartment and pick up wifi so I could find the number in my email and call and release. However, he followed me there and then continued to stand over me while doing it. He had a very intimidating posture over me while I was trying to listen to the prompts, so I could see if I could update to just the 2 hours instead of the 3 and to make sure I was following the correct prompts. He continued to speak over me, (so I could barely hear the prompts) trying to tell me what options I had to pick in order to release them. Every time I tried to move somewhere, he would move and follow me. I was not comfortable and afraid how it would have gone had I picked the option to change any information on it. So, I just went through and finished following the prompts. So needless to say I paid an extra $60 just to get him to stop standing over me making me feel uncomfortable.
The truck was loaded well, and they were very timely with how they did it, and kept me in the loop with their timing. So if I had some one else present with me, I would hire them again. However, if it is to be just me present, I would not hire them again, as at the end I felt very uncomfortable.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
