Very efficient, knowledgable and nice to work with. Worked very hard to finish on time. Setting up by email was straightforward and John was very responsive and curteous. Would definitely recommend.

First just some minor complaints: Johns is a little hard to contact on his cell phone, but when you get him he is very helpful. Also, the movers were an hour late to our appointment, and the COI is $50 and not included in the hire-a-helper price. That being said they are competitively priced.
Now for a lot of good: John got our COI done and sent to the managment company in one day. Althought the movers were late, they were excellent. They were polite and increadibly fast. They worked like a well oiled machine. They were also very safe with the furniture. They even got our huge couch up 5 flights of stairs and carefully angled it into the appartment. I would recommend John and his guys.

They were late a lot. I almost gave up on them. Once they arrived, they worked hard. They did not go extra mile to finish their job. I dont think i will use them again.

The company continuously lied when I contacted them. Said they would arrive in half an hour (several times) until they were 3 hours late, at which point I finally cancelled. Unprofessional, rude, DONT USE

The team did a great job. I thought it would take 2 hours to move everything and they finished in just over an hour. Very professional and careful with everything. Would recommend to anyone.

Pros:
They are professionals. They moved the stuff pretty quick, What took me a day to pack was unpacked in 2 hours.
No wastage of time, Just finished in time.
Cons:
Arrived late to work place, So it affected my schedule of rental returns and so on. They didn't help to move boxes to proper place at home... They Just dumped everything in living room else I would have given more stars for that.

Couple of stand-up guys. They were on time, they had a system and they stayed busy the entire time they were here. They were careful with our things and they had a sense of humor. What could be better! Many thanks for a terrific service.
