The two helpers did a great job of unloading the POD and placing the furniture in the house. I would definitely hire them again if needed.

All the men were very professional and willing to tackle any of the unloading tasks and assemblies required. All worked well with each other and always talked with Joe if they had any questions. We would recommend them to any of our loading or unloading moves again.

Hired three person team for 5 hours to assist packing 2000 sq ft household goods into boxes for next day loading into truck. Team was on time and prepared. Although they worked hard, they appeared inexperienced in "packing" so the work was inefficient and slower than I've experienced in the past. Had to be shown how to use a specialized glass pack boxes for dishes and glasses...still didn't get it right. Lots of empty space between dishes and glasses...I should have done these myself. After 15 labor hours (plus my 5 hrs) still had majority of kitchen, pantry, and living room to complete. I would have hired for additional two hours in attempt to get it done but one team member had a follow-on appointment and the entire team departed at the end of the original contracted time. Although they were respectful with our property and goods, I would not use them again unless in a bind. Perhaps these guys were excellent at loading boxes into a truck, but this job of packing was beyond their experience level.

I just want to say not only did the boys still wonderful job of doing the physical work and going above and beyond the call of duty to make everything fit into my trailer which is downsize for U-Haul I guess I should be surprised because I was warned anyway when I became stressed and started having to think what I was going to have to leave behind they actually consoled me and patted me on the shoulder and told me that they would do their very best for me and you know what we got and everything
