Nice guys who did move our stuff in. When the dryer was too big to get into the room I asked them to take the door off leading into the room. Instead, they took off the dryer door. They spent at least 30 minutes of my time trying to figure out how to put the dryer door back on. Every time they thought they had it, the door would still stick out- it was not properly reinstalled. One guy would work on the dryer door and the other one would watch and vise versa. I finally had to ask one of the guys to please go down to the truck and bring up the rest of our things. I still tipped them because they were courteous and tried to help us.

Javier and his partner arrived on time and prepared for our moving job. They wrapped delicate furniture with pads, packed the truck with expert precision, and moved my entire apartment out one location and into another in the shortest amount of time humanly possible. I would absolutely recommend Rigo's to anyone needing moving labor help in LA.

Can't praise my movers enough. Charlie & Miguel were on time, very friendly and courteous all day. They genuinely took extra care, all day, putting my furniture back on newly refinished hardwood floors. Total pros and appreciated their work ethic so much, I hired them for another 2 hours for some extra moving I need help with. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Punctual, fast, and polite. I hired them to unload some heavy older (read, pretty worn but still serviceable) furniture and boxes into a 2nd floor studio--they had all my stuff off the truck and in my room in 48 minutes flat. Granted I didn't bother having them arrange, as I wanted to take my time settling on a layout. But they were still really efficient and detail-oriented. Definitely a good experience and would choose them again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
