They did a great job! They were very efficient and hardworking. They were punctual and courteous!

They arrived stating they were not packers but only movers, but would stay to pack since they were there. They labeled boxes with vague descriptions like "K" for kitchen and "B" for bathroom or did they mean bedroom?--we didn't know. Mixed items in boxes (packed eyeglasses with bathroom scales). Removed expensive wall art without permission, then packed them (with other miscellaneous items and no label on the box) without any wrapping at all! Wrapped china in paper alone. I had to remove tape from boxes, resort them, then rebox and label the boxes properly. They never asked any questions as they "worked" and I would NEVER use them again.

These guys were amazing. I was late getting into town from a long distance move, and they were waiting on me when I got there. I was afraid the time I had reserved (and some of which I had lost since I was late) wasn't going to be sufficient to get the job done. I was so wrong! They got my truck and POD unloaded in record time, handled my belongings with care, AND stopped to help me look for my cat who escaped in the process! (His escape was my fault, not theirs!) I would definitely hire them again, and highly recommend them! ??

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides the customer with clear communication on the date, time and location for the move. We walk you through each step of the move and will recommend an appropriate time expectation, size of truck and number of staff that is needed to facilitate the move. We answer all questions so that the customers feels comfortable.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive on-time , if not early, and in uniform to begin the moving process. Jon's Friendly Movers communicates time expectations, asks for clarity, if needed, and handles the details so you do not have too.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides tips and information in order to help the moving day run smoothly. We think of the things you may not be aware of since friendly moving is what we offer. For example, we recommend the customer keeps a running list of what needs to be done, to obtain any packing supplies if needed, to have your phone charged (the charger may get packed), to leave out some basic cleaning supplies and to be prepared to do one last walk through to make sure nothing gets left behind.
What types of moves have you handled?
Jon's Friendly Movers does local, long-distance and office moves. We offer loading / unloading from house to house, house to storage unit, moving offices and relocation across states.
