The two young men who moved us August 10th were absolutely wonderful! They were on time , prepared , respectful, efficient,
hard working and really careful moving all of our furniture and boxes. They paid special attention to fragile items and treated them like their own. When they unloaded our items at our new home they took the time to ask where we would like each item. They even put all 3 beds together!! I have never had such great service. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you !!!

This was pretty last minute after another moving company did not respond to my request. They arrived on time and loaded our 26 foot rental truck in about 2 hours. They were very curious and enthusiastic. I supplied them with plenty of moving blankets but they had a few left over when they were finished. I then drove the truck about 1800 miles to our new apartment. I probably should have kept a closer eye on their loading process. Some items were wrapped effectively, but a couple of items rubbed against each other and left some deep scratches (i.e. Bike brake lever rubbed against antique rocking chair). A few other furniture items had some repairable damage. I realize that a lot can happen in 1800 miles, so I'm filing any claims or complaints. I'm sure if I had asked for more careful loading of some items Jon and Mark would have complied.

John and Mark showed up when they said they would. They both showed up with a smile on their face and despite the 94-degree weather, they worked non-stop and with great care. They were both great workers and took care of all of our belongings. I would recommend them to anyone!

They were great! The only critique is the original order was for three guys and beyond anyone’s control one of their workers called off at the last minute. Though, rates etc were properly adjusted the extra guy would have definitely helped speed up the loading.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides the customer with clear communication on the date, time and location for the move. We walk you through each step of the move and will recommend an appropriate time expectation, size of truck and number of staff that is needed to facilitate the move. We answer all questions so that the customers feels comfortable.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive on-time , if not early, and in uniform to begin the moving process. Jon's Friendly Movers communicates time expectations, asks for clarity, if needed, and handles the details so you do not have too.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides tips and information in order to help the moving day run smoothly. We think of the things you may not be aware of since friendly moving is what we offer. For example, we recommend the customer keeps a running list of what needs to be done, to obtain any packing supplies if needed, to have your phone charged (the charger may get packed), to leave out some basic cleaning supplies and to be prepared to do one last walk through to make sure nothing gets left behind.
What types of moves have you handled?
Jon's Friendly Movers does local, long-distance and office moves. We offer loading / unloading from house to house, house to storage unit, moving offices and relocation across states.
