As much as I like this company and their past work for me, I am not able to give 5 stars this time. They did not contact me when I booked the move and I had to call and text them in order to confirm they would come. One of the movers did break a platter, granted it was not all their fault as I should have packed it differently, however, I feel more care could have been taken. The other hiccup (which was not the movers fault but was unfortunate) was that it rained and all the blankets the mover brought were wet so the mover had to go get more at Uhaul during my moving time. The guys were definitely polite, respectful and hardworking and tried to make up for the hiccups, Joshua did give me a discount for part of the time which I definitely appreciated.

I can't say enough good things about Thomas and Andy!!! These guys were so professional, extra careful with my belongings, and even offered to help place/move furniture around for me! AWESOME service - one of the guys babysitter was sick and the other teams were out on jobs - so one of the owners came out and did the job - he was on time (as scheduled) and took about an hour longer; however I had already allowed for an extra hour. I also ended up paying less, as the price was adjusted down. He was so meticulous in carefully loading everything on the truck. He was very courteous and professional, I wish I could have had these guys for my unload out of state. I DEFINITELY recommend SEIE THE DAY LOGISTICS!

After booking with our company, first the customer will receive confirmation call or an email from one of our agents who will rest assured explain every single step. Once when customer decide to move forward with our company the customer will be provided with exceptional moving services that we'll be provided by our highly trained professional movers.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On a moving day the customer can expect well trained movers, happy to assist and accommodation all the customers request!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Depending on customers preference there is a few things that customer need to do before the movers arrive, if you decide to use regular moving service all that needs to be done is just packing smaller items into the boxes, if customer decides to use full pack service in that case all you need to do is just to open the door and our movers will do the rest. However this are just basics if you need any additional information please feel free to reach us and one of our dedicated agents will be happy to assist!
What types of moves have you handled?
All these years we handle local moves, as well as the moves to Los Angeles. We are able to handle house hold moves as well as the commercial moves as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Beside happiness that we are being able to assist customers with fresh start we are more than delighted when we see the smile on customers face after the move is done!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members have basic training on how to properly use tools as well as the training on how to disassemble and reassemble furniture properly, packing training and training on how to use protecting material for the furniture.
