When it came to the actual loading into the truck, the loaders did great. The truck was packed neatly and carefully. However, the owner was rude to us for not calling to confirm after booking on hire a helper. The unloaders I booked through hire a helper (on the other end of the move) had no such expectations, so I think this was an issue with this company rather than hire a helper. They also ended up canceling/rescheduling our reservation to 3 hours later than our original time, and showed up 3 hours after that (so a total of 6 hours late). I would not use these movers again.

- They didn't come on time, they had an hour and a half delay.
- We hired 4 people for the move, they came with a team of 5 which was great, but They couldn't work easily with each other, and in the middle of the job, they got in a serious argument with each other and one shouted: "This is my last day!"
- They didn't have a clear process, so they unloaded 4 bedroom stuff in the living room and got stock rearranging the boxes and we ended up handling lots of boxes on our own!
- They dropped a couple of boxes from the truck!
- They weren't careful with the furniture or walls!
- Overall we had a really bad experience.
+ Two of the young crew were really polite, helpful, and hard-working though.

Good guys who know what they're doing, you really can't go wrong. Very efficient packers, they got everything into the truck nice and neat. They were also on time, and before I knew it I had an empty apartment.

Wow! These guys were very professional and their service was exceptional! I usually do not write reviews as in this day and age, I’m finding folks are always giving under par service. But Kevin and his team were the best. Super friendly and willing to help. The lady where we picked up the heavy armoire said, it was like watching a minuet as they worked to remove and load. Great movers! Everything was very efficient and made the moving out process easier. They were on time and were in constant communication about their arrival. I highly recommend using them for moving stuff in/out.

Kevin and his team arrived on time and unloaded all of our things from a 16 feet Uhaul truck. The team quickly took everything to the second floor of our home. They were quoted 2 hours and unloaded everything in 45'. They were flexible, fast, and attentive. Our staircase is a little narrow, and the team took time to cover our walls with blankets to bring up our dining table which protected it from becoming damaged. Highly recommended.
