I was initially very nervous about hiring movers through Hire A Helper because I had never used it and was afraid of no-shows. I texted/almost spammed Tavon (the owner) multiple times leading up to my move to confirm my appointment time and they always replied to me promptly and courteously. They also called me the day before my move to confirm my appointment one more time. On the day of the move, Chuck and Lawrence showed up right on time (their window of arrival was 9-10am and they arrived at 9am) and got to work immediately. I was moving from a top floor condo to another top floor condo and they packed the elevators so efficiently I was in awe. I was also really stressed about this move because there were a few furniture items that I thought were really heavy but Chuck and Lawrence handled those items really well. They even helped me wrap this big, old, and heavy TV in blankets so that it would be safe and secure in the truck. Overall the move went really well and I'm super satisfied with Chuck and Lawrence's help. I initially hired them for 2 hours but had to extend it to 4 hours because we ran out of time. The move ended up taking only 3 hours which I'm really happy with; It would've taken me all day to move by myself. I highly highly recommend All Aboard Moverz and would definitely hire them again in the future!

The two gentlemen that came out were very professional and very time efficient. We hired them to move a few pieces of big furniture that we thought would have taken them the full two hours. They moved everything we asked to be moved and then some! I highly recommend All Aboard Moverz. I'd use thier services again!

Moving day: These guys worked hard and tetris-ed the POD amazingly. I thought the POD wasn’t big enough but all my things fit perfectly.
Receipt: one other thing I worried about was placement of fragile boxes. Nothing broke on the way and not many scuffs on furniture.
I would definitely recommend this group of guys.

They did a great job packing our pod. Had we known how good they were at organizing and packing, we could have easily rented a smaller pod :) Would definitely use them again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A crew that shows up on time with energy to work. Our crew members love what we do.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It’s best if everything is already packed away and to empty any dressers. The drawers in the dressers should be tapped down so they don’t open if not wrapped. Once we arrive sit back and relax.
What types of moves have you handled?
We’ve done all types from local to out of state. From jobs that require one item being moved to jobs that have taking 8hours. We don’t stop until it’s done.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing the smiles we put on people’s’ faces. A lot of our customers are impressed with our packing ability & continuous efforts to stay moving. Nothing better than knowing we made someone life a lot easier & less stressful.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We teach all members our basic packing strategies & moving techniques. Each new member goes on jobs with a certified mover until they themselves become certified mover.
