Freedom Movers did achieve the essentials, they were able to move all my heavy stuff between two apartments in the same block, but they were nearly 15 minutes late and arrived without the promised dollies. The lack of dollies definitely caused them harder work as some of my furniture is heavy and I think slowed the process down, so maybe a little more could have been moved if they'd had the promised equipment. There were three of them not two, don't know if that was to compensate for the lack of dollies. Despite arriving late they wanted to leave on time, but I got them to finish off a couple of small things to get the full two hours.

These guys SUCK! The movers showed up late and my wife and I noticed a strong marijuana smell coming from them. The guys were completely incompetent at loading our truck, and most of our items were damaged from shifting as the entire load shifted forward and things like bed frames rocketed into our stuff...stupid. The unloading company said it was the worst pack job they had seen. Kelly refused to take responsibility or provide any discount. Fortunately hire a helper stepped in and forced a refund, but this goes to the sites credit...NOT Kelly's. Please use someone else!

Love, love, love Freedom Movers. This is the 2nd time in a year we have used them. They arrived early both times (around 15 minutes.) This time they sent Anthony and Richard. They worked non-stop the entire 2 hours. Do not know how they do it. The couch would not fit on elevator and they really tried but said they would NOT damage the couch or elevator by forcing it. I ended up removing the legs and they were then able to get it on the elevator. I would definitely hire them again.

Fantastic!!! I had a really good feeling after talking to the owner, Kelly, who shared his cell number for any and all questions or concerns. He was very patient and helped coach me on how long of a timeframe and how many people we needed. The guys, Darien and Lawrence, were great. They showed up on time, were friendly but professional the entire time. They busted their bums the entire time but didn't sacrifice their safety or the safety of our belongings and homes. Basically, super nice guys, extremely strong and efficient, zero damage. Two thumbs up!!!
