There is an additional $150.00 charge for upright piano and we have a minimum of FOUR movers. We do not move grand piano as they require disassembling.

I am sorry that you feel this way. The movers sent you several text messages but you seem to have ignored them. Our movers usually text our customers when they're on the way. As for the slight damage, you had an over-sized dresser and the movers tried their very best to maneuver the dresser around the narrow corner (even with the drawers removed). Please note that the damage this customer is referring about is the 1/4 inch crack on the wall. It was unavoidable.

Get Up and Go Movers, LLC For the most part, these guys were ok. They were running late due to traffic, but overall polite, and worked the whole time. They even agreed to stay an extra hour to help. The only problem I had with them is they were helped us load our U-haul truck, but they just kind of threw stuff in there in no particular order which made it extremely to utilize the space efficiently. Get Up and Go Movers, LLC The movers assigned to me did a very good job. They were timely, professional, courteous, and efficient. I was also very impressed with their dedication. Although they had speech and hearing impediments, their communication skills were excellent and their attitude towards life was inspiring. The packing job was a good one and made for a stable ride: my items remained in place throughout. Get Up and Go Movers, LLC Two helpers were about 40 minutes late, apparantly due to traffic. They had tried to contact us repeadidly on their PDA to no avail. Began work immediately and in a word were "awsome"! Both were deaf, but communication (via notes and lip reading) was not a real problem. My concern was that the truck may not hold all our possessions. The gentlemen surveyed the truck, checked out our stuff, and with a thumbs up indicated we were OK. Everything fit w/room to spare. They loaded the truck so that each space was minimized while ensuring that there would be no damage to the furniture during loading or transportation. Our electricity had gone off that afternoon, so they had to deal with a dark basement and very warm house. they took it all in stride and finished before the 2 hours we had hired them for. Hello, I don't really understand this review. Jeff, you told us that the building had dollies so we left ours in the car (we did bring them). The same goes for the tools. We had them in the car but you told us you had the tools we needed and we used them to disassemble/assemble your furniture. The only piece that broke was the IKEA shelf and it was already in a bad shape. We warned you and you gave us approval to move it. I'm sorry but I am completely at loss when reading this review. Get Up and Go Movers, LLC Our movers were excellent! We had Daniel and another guy (sorry! can't remember his name) They showed up early, were extremely professional, and worked very hard. We booked them for five hours to move all of our stuff out of a storage unit and into our new house (3 bed). I was expecting to have to add an hour to our reservation. Instead, our movers finished early. They moved all of our stuff in about 4hrs 15 minutes. I was extremely impressed. They were both deaf, yet we had no problems communicating with them. They worked well together and handled our stuff with an extreme amount of care. In fact, they were hands down the best movers we ever had. Get Up and Go Movers, LLC Alex and Travis with Get Up and Go Movers did an EXCELLENT job! They were on time and very courteous. We could not have asked for a better moving crew. Alex and Travis were very careful with all of our household furnishings. They are both energetic with customer satisfaction driven attitudes. We were originally scheduled to have another moving company in the area unload our truck. The contact at the other company seemed to have an attitude problem with I contacted them so I decided not to trust them with our things. We changed to Get Up and Go Movers the night before our move. Fortunately, Get Up and Go Movers was able to accept our job. Get Up and Go Movers, LLC Movers were courteous and professional. I didn't think they would be able to get everything into the truck, but they rearranged things until everything fit. They worked quickly, and when it ended up taking them a little longer than the time I had booked them for, they stayed until the job was completed. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5, only because a few things were damaged either while they loaded the truck or due to shifting. When the truck was unloaded, the damaged items were spotted before they were touched, so I know it happened before the unload. 4 Julie K, Rockville MD
