My two helpers were the kindest young guys I have ever hired. They were on time, professional and good-natured. They treated me and my things with gentle loving care, making sure to pack things in a way to prevent damage and checking in with me on my preferences from beginning to end. I don't know how they kept moving at the pace they did for so many hours... I was truly impressed! I wish I could take these two with me to my destination! After several big moves, I can honestly say they were the best movers I have ever encountered. I would most definitely hire them again and I highly recommend them! The company was very professional as well and made the whole process as easy as it possibly could have been. Thank you to ARMS Moving Company and to Hire a Helper.

2 hours should be enough to finish the work, however, workers slowed down at the end, then they worked 20 minutes extra without telling me that the 2 hours were over and charged me a full hour service. This is the only thing I did not like.

On time and helpful. The only thing that I wish was different was the 2 hour minimum. I only needed help with a dresser and a mattress but they were extremely helpful.

The helpers were quick to pack and stage everything. I had a great experience with them, even though there were some confusion as to what they'd be doing. However, their office never really picked up their phone. That's the reason I give 4 stars instead of 5.

They were wonderful! They showed up on time, were willing to work with our time and needs. They made the most of the time we booked working very hard, and were willing/able to stay an extra hour to finish it all up. They packed our POD efficiently and secure, taking special heed to our fragile items and protecting them well. They were very respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use them again. They made our moving experience a breeze!
