The Black Eagle Team was great!! Downsizing an apartment for an out-of-state move, they were extremely efficient and helpful during the move, taking care that all delicate items and furniture were wrapped safely. Upon arrival only had ONE casualty in the whole load, a small glass broken. Regardless, would absolutely recommend and use them again. Thank you!!

Enrique and his team showed up on time and worked fast and hard. They packed a lot of stuff in our PODS in a mostly efficient way. The problem I had with them was that they picked boxes up so fast and didn’t pay attention to any notations on the boxes. Because of this some fragile things were placed on the bottom and broke, and some things we didn’t intend to move ended up in the PODS. Not the end of the world. However, the thing that was disappointing was that a new 8 x 10 area rug that was rolled up should have been laid straight and on top of everything. Instead it was folded in half and jammed down between things. There is a big wrinkle in it now that I am told may not flatten out since it was made from a nylon carpet remnant.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Enrique and team showed up early, hauled our boxes up 3 stories, and finished quick and efficiently. Could not be happier with their service, highly recommend them!

The crew was very professional, they arrived on time, did a great job at unloading 3 PODs containers under 4hrs. We had very heavy furnitures and they did a great job at handling our belongings with great care. We would for sure hire them again.

I've worked with nearly 10 different moving companies in the past few years due to frequent relocating for my job...Black Eagle was easily the best that I've hired. They had great communication, showed up on time, had a good attitude, and worked hard. They did an expert job of wrapping my furniture and fitting it into a small truck so that nothing was damaged and nothing moved around during transit. My movers who unloaded the furniture in a different city even complimented how well Black Eagle had packed my stuff and asked for their info so that they could refer any customers moving to/from LA. I highly recommend them!
