Jorge and crew were absolutely amazing. They were on time and finished earlier than expected. Everything was moved with care, even through difficult stairs and turns.
We had a 7’ PODS container and they unloaded it in less than 2 hours, in about 1 hour actually! This pod was on the street and the house was in the back of property and several flights of stairs. Very impressed with their work and highly recommend ThunderHorse for any size job.

Very disappointed. Guys worked hard but don’t know the first thing about protecting your things. We had a couple dozen blankets of which they only used about 6. They put metal objects on top of tables with no protection. We haven’t finished unloading the truck but so far every piece of wooden furniture has been damaged do to how it was loaded. I thought we were getting people who knew what they were doing but evidently you have to watch them every step of the way. Do yourself a favor and hire professional movers. I would definitely not recommend them.
If you would of said something I would of replaced my men and send you new ones. We apologize for the inconvenience and I will push forward to improve our service

Very reliable moving company. They were super punctual and hard working to deliver on the agreed upon time.
On top of that, probably the friendliest and best educated team that I ever used as movers. I was relaxed all day when my things were carried into the house and assembled, because they are taking care and know what they do.

I never write reviews but I will for Thunderhorse because these guys were amazing. I have moved no less than 20 times in my life and this was the best experience yet. As pleasant as packing and moving can be.
1. I made a request to change my appointment time the day before because the delivery window of the container was scheduled earlier than expected. I called and Jorge was able to schedule the guys to come two hours earlier than originally scheduled.
2. On the morning of, the movers were 30 mins early and jumped right into work.
3. They were so fast, I had trouble keeping up. The guys were extremely helpful, polite friendly and efficient. They packed the container like tetris and helped me get some things to the car.
Customer service was 5 star. I will definitely be using them again when it's time to have the pod emptied out into our new home. Thank you guys!

Create a Moving Timeline:Plan your moving timeline well in advance, and set a date for the move. Create a checklist of tasks to complete leading up to moving day, such as notifying utility companies, updating your address, and scheduling time off work if needed.
