This company is fantastic, do not pass up 2 Friendly Movers! I hired 3 helpers for 2 hours to unload a freight trailer we used to move everything from our 1 bedroom apartment from Baltimore to Denver. The transportation company gave me a ridiculous 6 hour drop off window for the trailer. I initially hired the help for a 4pm start time (the drop off window was 2pm - 8pm....wow) but 2 Friendly Movers was flexible and was willing to come earlier or later to meet us when our trailer was dropped off. Through out the day I was calling the transportation company for a narrower window and calling Mikala with the updates. She was accessible and communicative in letting me know where the helpers were currently located, where their other jobs were and when, and how long it would take for them to reach us. Our trailer ended up being dropped off at 4:45pm and 2 Friendly Movers came 5 minutes later ready to work. The job consisted of unloading the trailer and using our freight elevator to go up and down to take our things to our new apt on the 11th floor. They conveniently brought their own dolleys. The freight elevator was straight out of your nightmares and would have a mind of its own for when it would close its doors and go up after you pressed the button. Luckily, the helpers were able to figure it out. In the middle of 100 degree weather they were able to complete the 2hour job in only an hour and some change. They were very careful with our belongings and placed everything where we asked them to. I'm going to be using 2 Friendly Movers again for our next move.

Mike and Ken did a great professional job! They arrived on time, wanted to get right to work, and calculated each move up and down the stairs to always make use of each trip and movement. They worked efficiently, with intent and effort. They were curteous, worked hard, and were done on time. I was pleased with their help and tipped them generously. They deserved it.

Arrived at end of hour window due to inaccurate directions from internet. After arrival both helpers were efficient and worked hard. Completed the job in a little over 3 hours. No complaints on effort and quality of work after starting. Work location was in a rural area and recommend helpers not rely solely on internet for directions.
