These folks were fantastic! We arrived early to our destination and they were so great about making themselves available ahead of our scheduled time to move us in! They arrived just when they said they would and unloaded all of our items from our 16 foot rental truck in the allotted two hours despite having to carry everything up to a third floor apartment. Both workers were very friendly and worked very hard to get the job done. All of our belongings were handled with kid gloves. They were even willing to help us set up the bed before they left. Great Experience, I had an 8am appointment and Joe stayed in contact multiple times starting prior day to be sure we started when it would not be raining. We started at 10:30 and finished in 2 hours. They were extremely creative while being efficient and careful when loading POD. We were feeling that it would not fit, but very satisfied and grateful that EVERYTHING was loaded and loaded properly. Our moving team was terrific! Their communication was excellent prior to the moving date. They were early and awaiting the job as we had arranged. Joe and Eric were courteous and professional. Without hesitation, they completed the job quickly and with extra care. They even removed doors from their hinges quickly to enable larger furniture to safely pass through doorways. We were very pleased and would highly recommend this team of professionals.
