Fernando and Khalid were considerate, courteous, careful and caring. They were a life saver by staying several extra hours until the job was done (I seriously underestimated the hours needed). They worked 14 hours-- great endurance.
They were careful with our property. They worked as a team and had no problem lifting heavy furniture and our weight-lifting equipment.
Fernando expressed concern for our little daughter's safety with all the stacks of boxes-- thanks for your concern.
They know how to pack a truck efficiently, which reduced the number of trips required.

The team from Joel's was excellent. They were on time and very professional. They were very careful with our belongings and did a great job shrink wrapping and protecting our furniture and the packing job they did in the truck was excellent. Will definitely recommend and use them in the future.

TERRIBLE, costing me lots of EXTRA money!!. Packers failed to pack things in boxes. Packers did not load the trailer properly-they spread it out on the floor of the trailer instead of packing it high to the ceiling. Failure to load it properly, using all the vertical space, cost me hundreds or $thousands$ of dollars extra! No supervisor was present. These guys were TERRIBLE!

This team went beyond our expectations. They were on time, polite, cheerful and very professional.
Prior to the move they were in touch with us and were willing to do whatever we needed. Our move was complicated as we moved from a storage unit to a new home. They followed us 60 miles to our new home and unloaded, placed our boxes and furniture. Hire this team. You will not be sorry. We were not over charged and most amazing, they took no breaks but worked until the job was done.
