They arrived on-time which was the height of their service. It was all downhill from there. First, it was only on the fifth try reversing into a parking spot, with a second mover directing the driver, that the truck was positioned somewhat into the spot made available with easy access to the apartment stairs and sidewalk. For the full hour they used to load only half of our belongings, another more reputable company was able to move entirely into the apartment in less time. The two males appeared to be on drugs or recovering from drinking copious amounts of alcohol, as I observed them drop our mattress in the stairwell multiple times laughing at each other the whole time. By the time my mattress reached the truck, it had dirt stains from them dragging it, and had been completely removed from the protective bag for no reason (probably slid out of it as they dragged it). One of the couches was stuck in the completely open stairwell (no walls and exposed to the outside for easy maneuvering) for 10 minutes, because neither young man was capable of lifting anything above their waists. As they departed my complex to take what little they actually moved from the apartment and into the truck, less than half of the truck was full. During the next three days, we had to make five trips with two SUVs to retrieve the 12 medium sized boxes they left behind along with multiple small furniture items.
Moreover, both loading and unloading, one of the movers complained the entire time about how he might have been able to do it a little better with a huge smirk on his face as he did a seriously "craptastic" job (pun-intended). Perhaps the most cringe-worthy moment was listening to the second mover, that refused to say a word to us during the entire ordeal, let four boxes drop down each step of three flights of stairs on a dolly. Despite wrapping every piece of glass, securing with bubble wrap before placing in the boxes, I could hear it clinking together. He was literally allowing the dolly to roll and loosely drop off each step with four boxes of clearly marked fragile items stacked on top of each other. I was remotely relieved nothing was broke upon arrival at our next location. Dragging the same fragile boxes up the stairs with the dolly to unload was almost as cringe-worthy as listening to them fall down each step during upload.
The final punch to the gut was the nerve of the mover that chronically complained telling me that “tips are always appreciated” as I signed the paperwork with only half my belongings on the North-side, and the remaining half abandoned on the South-side of the city approximately 35 miles away.
Needless to say, no tip was offered. To be honest, I was almost satisfied they were finally leaving, because after their behavior, I was worried they might try to rob or mug us on the way out!

Colorado's Finest Moving is just that the FINEST. They arrived early and were very professional. Worked wonders in getting everything in the POD that could possibly go in it. Roger and Antonio were awesome, they were very particular with the furniture, careful not to scratch walls or floors. They worked nonstop for 3 hours. Would definitely recommend them and we will use them again.

Everything went smoothly.
The guys were here and ready to work before I had even arrived to the new residence. Kirby and Tristan helped me tremendously from start to finish. They asked me every time which room things were to go in. They are very professional and friendly.
