A piece of our bedframe was lost during the move and we’ve had to buy a new one.
I called you specifically after this job was done, which I normally do, because it went 7 hours and you told me everything went well sir. For you to give us a 2 star review is completely unacceptable. We stayed over your booking time and did exactly as you requested. For you to hang up after I ask a simple question, how did we leave anything if you did a walkthrough and we unloaded all items at the 3rd location, is completely disrespectful and unnecessary. You would have done a walkthrough ensuring everything is on the truck and our guys emptied the truck completely. We have nothing but 5 star reviews for a reason. This review doesn’t represent our ability to come prepared, the way we work or our level of communication. You could have allowed us to put the bed back together ourselves(as we took it apart) but you choose to do it yourself because it would’ve took a potential extra 15-30mins that you didn’t want to pay for. Not to mention you waited a month to give this false review. Not once did you reach out to us about this problem. If we were truly at fault we would have replaced whatever we caused ourselves. You never reached out because you knew it would be a lie hence you hanging up immediately. This 2 star review is insane and was given because he had loading dock issues which helped the job go 3 hours over the requested booking time.

Tavon and his crew were wonderful! They did what I felt was the impossible…they got all of our belongings on the truck in a safe and orderly manner. They were great communicators, on time, prepared for the job, extremely hard working, very respectful of our belongings and us. We would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Very nice and professional guys. I was moving into town and they worked with me on the arrival time even though I booked the night before. They were able to get everything unloaded and into my apartment quick saving so much hassle. Would use again and easily recommend.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A crew that shows up on time with energy to work. Our crew members love what we do.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It’s best if everything is already packed away and to empty any dressers. The drawers in the dressers should be tapped down so they don’t open if not wrapped. Once we arrive sit back and relax.
What types of moves have you handled?
We’ve done all types from local to out of state. From jobs that require one item being moved to jobs that have taking 8hours. We don’t stop until it’s done.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing the smiles we put on people’s’ faces. A lot of our customers are impressed with our packing ability & continuous efforts to stay moving. Nothing better than knowing we made someone life a lot easier & less stressful.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We teach all members our basic packing strategies & moving techniques. Each new member goes on jobs with a certified mover until they themselves become certified mover.
