I cannot say enough nice things about these guys! We had a very fluid (not our choice) moving situation and from the beginning they were very flexible and understanding . I was given a contact number and always received a prompt response . They arrived on time , were efficient and courteous . They made a stressful situation very pleasant and were a great way to start our time here. We are in a rental situation and will move again - they will be my first call and I will work my dates around their schedule. Yes , yes - book these guys ! 10 stars!!!!

Our two movers Jason and Aaron were on time, prepared to work, worked really hard and were fast. They packed our truck like a rubix cube, all tight and put together like a jigsaw puzzle. They were polite, and friendly and eager to work. We liked them so much that we have hired them again for another job next week.

The two movers were on time - even a few minutes early - which I thought was a good sign. Your site said they were experts in packing things and loading pods the right way . They asked what it was they were doing for me and then I showed them everything that was moving into the pod. I was watching them in the beginning and then thought they didn't need me there to watch so I went outside. After moving one large dining room hutch, they started the next. I heard a crash and went in as they both looked stunned. They asked, "Does this have glass shelves?" Really? Thankfully the shelves had fallen on top of each other and had not broken. The lead person of the crew was really trying hard and seemed to be frustrated with his helper. Each time the helper finished wrapping something in the pod on his own, he was on his cell phone on his way back in from the truck. When they said they were done moving the stuff, I walked through and looked and the furniture was gone. They asked if it was to my satisfaction and if they could do more. I said it was good and authorized release of payment. That was my mistake. I had never looked at how the pod was packed. Or the little things that were left behind. My spouse got home from work as they were waiting for me to release payment. She saw the pod and couldn't figure out why it was so full. As the guys were getting in their car, we looked and saw that they had put the tallest bookshelf in the front and completely blocked off tons of open space behind where boxes and other things could have gone. She stopped them and they happily rearranged things in the pod. When I came back in the house I found the two glass shelves from the dining room hutch leaning against a wall. In another room, the 3 large wooden shelves from the bookcase were against a wall. In another room, the 32" TV they were supposed to wrap and pack had been moved from the cabinet it was on to the floor. I see now it was a mistake to have left them on their own and not watch each thing they moved as they moved it. It seems that when only one half of a team takes the job seriously it doesn't work well at all. I had many friends offer to do this, and I deferred to trusting the experts and paying them $275 to do it. When it comes to having the pod unpacked at the next house here in town, I will definitely use another service.
