Clear, timely communication tops the list of reasons I will recommend Divine Moving. From the moment I made a reservation to the end of the move, I was kept informed by phone, email and in writing.
Next, I was very impressed with the attitude and work ethic of the moving crew, and the care they took with our belongings.
Butch was a great team leader, working tirelessly and showing (apparently newer) crew members tricks to move heavy items with less strain on their body and/or less strain on the item being moved. He brought his own tools, which they ended up using on several items.
Three of the crew members were high energy and friendly, which helped a lot in our super-busy environment.
I would definitely use Divine Moving again, though I hope it's a long time before I move again!

These guys were simply amazing. They arrived on time to help us stage our house. They worked so fast we could hardly believe it, and were kind and respectful. They worked nonstop and were very accommodating, making sure we were totally pleased before signing off. Best movers we've ever had! They are very experienced and know just what to do. Hire them! We certainly will when the time comes to complete our move!

They were a little late, but they really got the job done. Very efficient. They knew how to pack, and how to unpack. I thought they did a great job.

The speed of the movers was impressive but one of them bordered on rude. He complained several times about what was being asked of them. We felt uncomfortable asking for things to be moved after. The unhappy mover swiped everything off of some mattresses onto my wife's feet when asked at the 40 (of two hours) minute mark to move a few things out of the garage.
Everything was piled up haphazardly on the side of the house. For what we were doing that was fine. The crew moved fast and getting out as quickly as possible was obviously the goal. Finally, they left the back gate open.
Ultimately most of the work got done but it was by no means a positive experience.
The owner called and sincerely apologized for the situation. He offered many solutions, including a refund. Ultimately this is why I will use this company again.

My husband and I very pleased with the work what was done: fast, efficient and in time. We defiantly recommend this company to our friends and colleges. Both of the helpers have very good personality, easy to communicate, called 45 minutes prior to confirm that we are available, arrived 15 minutes before scheduled time (I love punctual people who respect my time). I cannot recall any concerns or dislikes. Good Job !!!
