This is the second time we have had Ricky and Ryan and once again they did a terrific job. They work very hard, are pleasant, polite and nice to have around. I will always request them.

Two comments:
1. The folks at SM quickly agreed to the job, but had a hard time fulfilling it; it took 3 different crews to finally get the crew on the job, albeit an hour late; the first two assigned to the job by the dispatcher couldn't/refused it; I didn't find out about this until I called the crew to confirm.
2. One of the guys was so out of shape that he struggled so that he slowed the work. It was made clear that the job was unloading a fully loaded 28' truck.

Our two gentlemen assigned to our move were well experienced in moving and did a fantastic job. They packed everything carefully and very tight. We traveled 400 miles and had very little damage to our "stuff" in general. I couldn't have asked for better workers. I highly recommend these two gentlemen for future jobs.

Both helpers were courteous and professional. They were on time and made good use of their time while I was late in getting the truck to the house! I had a special request to pack part of the truck for one city and the balance for another. They were very accommodating to my requests.
