did not show up and when we called to find out where movers were, we were told a lie, that we had moved the date of loading back one day. such was a lie. I would never use an unprofessional service who cannot be honorable. horrible, horrible,horrible...

They arrived ahead of time - the only positive. When I said "good morning", I never even got a response from the owner who didn't bother to introduce himself. They brought no tools or dollies with which to move/disassemble our furniture which was advertised on Hire a Helper. They wasted a lot of time trying to figure out how to load the furniture in a way to maximize space and failed miserably to maximize the space. They put a 100 year old antique piece (which I had wrapped in bubble wrap because of all its delicate components) in our storage container without even putting a furniture blanket around it to protect it. When I questioned this, I was told that "it wasn't going anywhere". Mute point......it could have been broken/scratched because it had absolutely no protection. I definitely would NOT use them again and I would suggest that no one else use them either.

I booked BOW Movers for a last-minute job (less than 24 hours notice); Mark called me immediately to confirm and review the details of the job. He and his team arrived 15 minutes into the one-hour window and got everything out of my storage boxes and up into my third floor apartment in under two hours. All three team members were professional and pleasant; I couldn't be happier! I'd definitely use BOW again in the future for moves, and would recommend to others as well.

The day we had scheduled the move turned out to be a blizzard in Denver, but they came anyway, which was a huge help because we didn't have the luxury of postponing. They even showed up early. They got things finished very quickly. They were very polite and careful, and we will be using them again.

Very happy we used Bow Movers to help us move in and unload our pods. They arrived early, were professional and completed the job until every item was placed in it's designated room. The fee was reasonable and saved us a ton of time. Our only regret is that we did not use their service moving out, just on the 2nd part of the move for the unload. We would use their service again and highly recommend them!

They were on time and came prepared for the job.They were also helpful with getting all of our heavy furniture loaded. A few things could have gone better. They took frequent smoking breaks which drew out the process of getting the truck loaded- not good when you are on a tight schedule! One of them was also having stomach issues that day and he used my restroom about 3 or 4 times (he disappeared for 15-20 min each time), and they did not stop the clock while he was having his "issues". I hired them for two hours, and they ran over by one hour, which cost me extra. I have to wonder if they would have been able to finish the job within the two hours if one of them wasn't stuck in the restroom so often. l know he couldn't help it, but they did not do anything to accommodate for time lost or extra time incurred. I would not use them again because they were not efficient. I was already stressed about getting everything done for the move, and I felt like they were taking their sweet time. They also joked a lot, which I understand was an attempt to be friendly, but it came off as unprofessional and at times a little on the offensive side.
