They arrived 30 minutes late, were slow moving, did not pack well. They did not use the rope tie down I provided, the dolly, or any of the furniture pads. I would not recommend them again.

We hired dependable movers to to pack a POD container, and decided to hire them back to load a moving truck. As for the POD, about a third of our boxes were crushed because there was too much space between boxes, and a desk had two legs snapped off because its legs were not removed. As for the moving truck, we scheduled with them (not through this service) to come back, we called and texted multiple times to the private cell phone provided to us and were told they were an hour behind. That was the last contact we had with them, THEY DID NOT SHOW UP they did not respond to any phone calls or text messages. THIS COMPANY'S STAFF IS UNRELIABLE AND DO NOT PACK ITEMS SAFELY. If you do hire them, don't expect them to show up on time, and make absolutely sure you book them through a service and not privately. I am so angry that I trusted these guys. I have no idea how much damage has been done because they were incompetent.

There was some confusion on the front end of the unload. They were late and I had not heard from them. Someone else did not show up for work and they were running behind. Once they arrived they got right to work. They worked HARD! Finished unloading my PACKED 20 foot truck in 2 hours. They were both very professional and nice. They were a great crew and I would recommend them for sure.
