They showed up late even though they called and said they would be there 15 minutes early. They got everything unpacked in the time alotted, it just didn't seem very efficient. The biggest problem was they let one of my boxes fall while grabbing something else and that happened to be the box that said "super fragile" on it. On the side that hit the ground I had two lamps and a hurricane vase shatter so that was frustrating. They were both very respectful and nice. They also didn't come with any dollies or furniture movers which seemed odd for a moving company, but thankfully we had a dolly for them to use.

These guys were great! They were a little late but given Dallas traffic not surprising. They assessed my job and loaded everything carefully, they also took good care of my house, not dinging doors or paint. Moving is stressful and the entire crew was upbeat and friendly! They stepped in when my original mover did not show up and got it done!! I wish I had hired them in the first place! Very satisfied with A Smart Move!!

Marcus and Vincent were on time, professional, fast, and extremely hard working. The pod was delivered HOURS late and these guys stayed until the job was done and were very flexible. I would definitely hire them again!
