Steve and Eugene were great! They were a little late but communicated how far out they were. Once they got there they got the job done and quick while respecting our things. They were able to maximize the room we had to make sure everything fit in our PODs (we thought we were going to need another one). These guys were wonderful and kept us smiling along the way.

I can not believe how wonderful these guys were! Despite initial hiccups (flat tire and another job gone wrong), they were SUPERSTARS! They were fast, efficient, and took the time to wrap and cushion all furniture with white glove treatment, treating the items as if they were theirs. I can not thank them enough for the hard work, dedication and really changing a stressful time into one of ease. I will hire no one else!!!!

Can't say enough positive things about the two men who came, Steven and Eugene. They showed up on time, worked hard, were polite and considerate of our furniture and other property, and understood what we were trying to accomplish. A very pleasant and helpful experience. The guys were very nice but not very efficient with packing. They had to repack the truck a couple of times and couldn't fit everything in. Also removed one side of the legs on my sofa and didn't put them back on, left the sofa just sitting on a dirty floor. Also packed the sofa on the truck, on its back with no blanket under it. I'm missing a cushion to my sofa and they tore the bottom of it. I left a message for the owner regarding these issues and he didn't return my vall. Wouldn't recommend this company. Very disappointed.

Although they arrived late from a previous job that ran over in time, they more than made it up by advising a 3rd person would be working at no additional cost to make up for their tardiness. The A Smart Move crew arrived and began the move IMMEDIATELY with smiles, jokes, great attitude, careful hands, and expediency. They, amazingly, finished the move within the original allotted time slot with time to spare! Their customer service is outstanding with many of my neighbors asking for their cards for future moves. I HIGHLY recommend these movers for any and all moves and we will be using them and recommending them for any in the future. Thanks again, guys. You made what could've been a stressful day into a stress free and jovial experience!
