1. Arrived 2:15 hrs late (scheduled for 10AM, arrived at 12:15 PM)
2. Requested 4 helpers, received 2 adults and 2 kids.
3. The kids were unable to lift the boxes to load to the truck
4. The kids were wasting time, talking to strangers
5. The kids moved 1 box at a time
6. The kids moved slowly
7. Helpers were rude when asked to pack the furniture
8. Wasted lot of packing material
9. Very immature service
Advise:
Do not hire them.
2. Those "Kids" as you refear to them are 20 and 21 and they are responsible for many of our 5star reviews. Sir the truth is you were looking to get your move for free. I was on your job. SHAME ON YOU!

punctual. hard working, experienced, friendly people. We had boxes and furnitures for two bed room units, and they finished unloading in two hours. highly recommended!

Although there was a delay in the sevice provided, they remained in communication and re-worked the schedule around their emergency. They were then on time, worked diligently until completed, they were cautious and courteous with our property, and completed the task in the allotted time.
I recommend Johnny B Movers for this task ~ If we ever move again, they will certainly be our first call for help.

Johnny "B" Movers provided me with excellent service. They ran a little late, but called me ahead of time to infom me, so I wasn't left wondering where they were.
All workers were Very polite and couteous and treated my personal belongings with care; providing me with expert packing experience. I recommend them highly and whenever I move again they will be the first company I will call.

I'd give them a TEN if that rating was available! The moving was swift, friendly and complete. They were prepared for the job, worked VERY hard, took care of my belongings.
I would recommend them to ANYONE who needs help.
The cleaning service was wonderful and they worked their fannies off! When I move again, I will use them again.
The prices are VERY reasonable for the amount of work and speed. CALL THEM!!!!

Johnny B Movers is amazing! I needed help transitioning a parent downsizing into a new, but smaller place. The transition was tough to say the least with all my dad's stuff jam packed into multiple storage units between his two places. Kind of a nightmare, but three movers came right on time, and ready to go with all sorts of things to help make the move go smoother and faster. They seemed to be very experienced, and that was a relief. They worked very hard, and I was really impressed with their upbeat attitude and ability to keep me calm and positive in a nightmarish situation. They went above and beyond the call of duty to finish the job. Coming from out of state to help my dad, I couldn't have wished for a better team to facilitate such a tough couple days for me. They were very respectful with my dad and his things, and really seemed to be a step ahead the entire time. These guys aren't just movers - they have smarts, character, heart, professionalism, and not just a "can do" but "will do whatever it takes" attitude! Thanks guys - you're the best!

The movers were a little early, I had previously stipulated 10am start time (I needed to sign the lease and get the key after 9am) but they were there at 9am however they did not start the clock until 10am.
I had reserved them for two hours but I needed three, they had no problem accommodating my additional hour.
Mine was a difficult move from one second floor apartment to another second floor apartment two buildings away, but they busted their humps and did not milk the time. They took a well deserved break at one point but not longer than 15 minutes to catch their breath and drink a good amount of water.
They brought a hand truck, furniture dolly and appliance dolly all at the ready.
They moved my stuff with great care and did not damage either my stuff nor the walls or doorways even in some very tight situations with the larger stuff.
They were amiable with a good sense of humor but they never got out of line, and even though I cuss "like a sailor" I never once heard them utter a single expletive in response to me.
I would definitely hire these guys again for any of my future moves.
Well worth the money I paid and I recall having the thought several times during the move "Boy am I glad I hired these guys"
