I’m honestly puzzled by all the 5 star reviews. These guys were 90 MINUTES LATE. They texted at 7:30am with an arrival time of 8:30. They showed up at 10am, after I called them several times and they kept saying “be there in 20” or “be there in 5”. Then when they got here I realized they were stoned! Smelled like pot, had bloodshot eyes, were not registering what I was saying to them. We did so much of the move ourselves because they were so late that they were here for 50 minutes. Now I’m fighting with HireAHelper to give me a refund.

Bender Movers were flexible with starting time due to our truck breakdown - which was very much appreciated. They were completely accommodating to any needs - taking apart furniture and putting it back together, etc. They were careful with breakable items and stayed until the last box was unloaded. Will definitely use them again! 5 stars!!

Very professional. Only problem was scheduled time was off. Recommend hiring 3 movers if there is a lot of furniture or a lot of stairs. Saved me and my family a lot of grief. Thanks Jake ??

Was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently these guys moved my stuff. They lifted heavy things with no issues, were easy to talk to, and definitely knew how to pack a moving truck. Had to subtract one star since they were 3 hours late and with limited communication (I think one of them lost his phone).. I don’t think it was on purpose and they made up for it though. I would still use them again.

When it comes to Moving Day. You can expect A professional team on time and ready to get the job done.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please be prepared by having boxes taped up and ready to go. Mattress in the pads if preferred and beds broken down. If there is something specific you need the movers to do let them know. We try to stick to a strict protocol on loading trucks EVERYTIME so everything arrives safely

Have handled all types of moves industrial moving Equipment to anything residentialand Office moves. Have traveled out of state Multiple times up to 1500 miles in distance.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a Mover is being able to save the day and helping the customer thru stressful situations. Moving isn’t easy. Especially when you’re moving your own items. So being able to show up and know exactly what needs to be done to get the job done feels good
